Damian seemed to be thinking about turning around and giving Tim a few slaps, when he was hoisted up from where he sat, by a staff. He hissed angrily as his legs flailed, deliberately trying to land a boot to Stephanie's stomach. He couldn't quite reach her leg.
"Cease and desist, small one!" he repeated, in a perfect imitation of Stephanie's voice. Damian had a seriously well honed talent for that, but now he was just abusing it for the sake of being annoying. And angry.
Once he was lifted off of Tim though, the Red Robin leaped to his feet with attention very apparent on the little Robin, which he returned.
"Hands off, peasant!" He hissed. "And you!" he was now directing his hostile glare very pointedly at Batgirl, "Release me now or I will not hesitate to show you just how weak your lower vertebrae's can be!" he growled.
That was a threat.

"Relax, Boy Virgin. You're not the guilty party. A couple of make-out sessions do not a baby make."

A wheeze came out as Damian's foot rammed into the soft squishy organs, and she let out a growl as she continued to hold him - perhaps a little tighter. This kid was so in for getting his knives painted rainbow colors while he slept.
She rolled her eyes at his mockery of her voice - annoying and startling. He was actually pretty accurate, apart from the nasally tone he took to make her sound bossy.
"We do not kill people Robin." She yelled, ignoring the threat. "Nightwing not being here doesn't change that fact. Unless you forgot, that was Batman's rule. No killing. What do you think he'd have to say about your display tonight? This is childish!"
Enough cushioning the kid. Stephanie did what she could to help Damian when John was being unnecessarily harsh, but there were two men here bleeding out on the pavement - they needed an ambulance now, not a police car. She understood that anger - Damian wanted to make the man who'd killed his father pay. She couldn't claim she wouldn't feel the same. But this... this was Damian slipping. And she cared - not to be admitted to the pipsqueak ever - too much to let Damian devolve to this. He was better than this.
She twisted as she slid the staff out, attempting to toss Damian out of pummeling range. She expected backlash for her comment - Damian was never calm when his father was brought up. Let alone using the memory of Bruce to try and reign him in.
