Height: 5'6
Hair: Wavy brown locks, usually pulled back into a ponytail.

Typical Clothing/Uniform: Typically, she wears tank tops and jeans. She often wears black combat boots, though she'll sometimes swap those out for sneakers. She always wears dog tags around her neck that read "Richard Sullivan" if one were able to read them. In colder months, she'll wear t-shirts and throw on hoodies.
Powers/Abilities: She's pretty athletic and has learned how to handle a gun thanks to marksmanship classes.
Team Affiliation: N/A
Personality: Tara is a cynical and pessimistic person. She can hardly ever view things in a positive light. She often puts up a tough as nails front and isn't afraid to use her sharp tongue. She usually knows when it's best not to say anything, though. She's very savvy in army protocol, which prompts her to usually call everyone by their last name. She'll either call you by your last name, or give you a nickname to call you by if your last name doesn't 'flow right off her tongue.' If you can get through the ice queen exterior, she's scared and just wants someone around that she won't lose. If you can get her to trust you enough, she'll lighten up and become a far more caring, sugary individual. Just don't tell anyone you've seen her like that and you'll be fine.
Family: Richard "Ricky" Sullivan (father; deceased), Brenda Sullivan (mother), Tyler Sullivan (paternal uncle)
Marital status: Single
History: Tara wasn't always cynical and sarcastic. There was once a time she lived in Boston, Massachusetts. When Tara was a young child, she was happy. Her father was a part of the military, and Tara's idol. Whenever he was home, she would be several many times happier. However, not all good things last forever. When she reached the age of six, she lost her father in a battle that cost his life. This hurt her mother a lot. As she grew up, she had to help her mother out with getting through depression. The death of her father caused her to become close with her uncle Tyler. He was her father's brother, and he always seemed to have the best stories to tell about her dad. He too had been in the military. Due to the masculine influences she had around, as she wasn't as close to her mother, she decided she wanted to be in the army once she hit 18 in order to follow her dad's and uncle's footsteps.
She participated in military programs as she hit high school, hoping to be prepared for the harsh military. She never really hung around girls, becoming more like 'one of the guys' so to speak. Life was fine. Her mother was getting better little by little, day by day. However, things changed. Her mother decided it would be best to move to New York, believing it would help to leave the home where all she thought about was her deceased husband walking through the halls. Tara's mother managed to land a job and get an apartment, and they went off to the big city. Tara is very interested in the fabled hero activity around both New York and Gotham, so in her spare time she flip flops between exploring New York and visiting Gotham.
Sample Post:
"Another bank robbery in Gotham? And yet again, Batman saved the day." Tara stared at the TV screen, aqua hued eyes glazing over. Why was she watching news about Gotham? She lived in New York for crying out loud she didn't need to be looking at Gotham news. Wait. That's when it hit her. There was a marksmanship competition going on over there that she had to attend. Tara craned her head back on the sofa and groaned, murmuring several many curses to herself. She had to go to a meet later that week. It might be nice to know if she'd get shot while trying to prove she can shoot better than all the guys. She'd rather not die in some ironic fashion in Gotham. She lowered her head back to it's regular position, a neutral expression on her face.
"I swear to God, if Batman or whoever lives in Gotham doesn't rescue me if I get shot, I'm gonna posthumously terrorize the city as a demonic spirit." Tara wasn't thrilled to be going to Gotham after a bank robbery. Usually, she enjoyed her visits over there. Thankfully, there were heroes both in New York and Gotham, though Tara felt a bit more safe in New York. Their heroes were pretty well-known around town, and they weren't nearly as secretive as the Gotham ones. Tara never went out there at night because she had no idea if someone was watching her or not. Now she had to make a trip to go over there in the evening. Wonderful. She'd be sleeping well that night.
